TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORKSHOPS AND SESSIONS organized by NATALIA ROMA GRZYB with headquarters in Wrocław (53-601) at ul. Tęczowa 83F/25, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8942868292

§ 1. General Provisions
1.1. This Regulation specifies the rules for participation in workshops (stationary/online) organized by Natalia Roma Grzyb Company.
1.2. The organizer of the workshops is Natalia Roma Grzyb, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, with headquarters in Wrocław (53-601) at ul. Tęczowa 83F/25, NIP: 8942868292.
1.3. Participation in the workshops requires acceptance of the Regulations and consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing the service. The workshop participation regulations are an integral part of the registration for workshops and individual sessions. The regulations apply to all Participants.
1.4. Workshops and sessions are not psychotherapy and are not intended to replace it. By participating in the Workshop or Session, you accept the organizer's regulations, available at registration. Inform the Organizer if you are currently undergoing therapy, pharmacological treatment, or crisis, and familiarize yourself with the list of contraindications available in these Regulations.
§ 2. Definitions
2.1. Client - an individual or legal person obliged to pay for a workshop or individual sessions. The Client does not have to be a Workshop Participant, although they can be.
2.2. Organizer - Natalia Roma Grzyb with headquarters in Wrocław (53-601) at ul. Tęczowa 83F/25, NIP: 8942868292, hereinafter referred to as Natalia Roma Grzyb for the purposes of this Regulation.
2.3. Participant - a person who has read the Regulations and accepted them by the declaration made by the Participant during the purchase of the advance payment on the website https://nataliaromagrzyb.com.
2.4. Stationary Workshop - a workshop in which Participants are gathered in a workshop room.
2.5. Online Workshop - a workshop in which the Participant participates using a computer, laptop, or tablet by logging into the internet platform indicated by the Organizer. The workshop is conducted by the Organizer in real-time, with the participation of other workshop participants.
2.6. Registration - providing personal data during registration for the workshop on the Organizer's website, accepting the Regulations, and making an advance payment.
2.7. Organizer's Website - the website https://nataliaromagrzyb.com, containing information about the workshops.
2.8. Sessions - Individual 60-minute online sessions via Zoom platform or in the office.
2.9. Session Package - a package of 5 or 10 sessions, 60 minutes each, online via Zoom platform or in the office.
§ 3. Conditions of participation in sessions
3.1. The basis for participation in sessions is booking a date on the website https://nataliaromagrzyb.com/#spotkania and purchasing a session or session package within 24 hours of booking, which means acceptance of the provisions of this Regulation, as well as compliance with the rules of order and any other arrangements made between the Client and the Organizer. Failure to make this payment within 24 hours of booking will result in the cancellation of the selected date.
3.2. Only adults with full legal capacity can participate in the sessions.
3.3. The Client receives confirmation of the purchase of the session or session package in the form of an automatic email, which is sent to the email address provided by the Client.
3.4. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly provided email addresses. If confirmation is not received, please contact via email: [email protected].
3.5. Acceptance of the regulations and consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing the service also means signing up for the Organizer's newsletter.
3.6. The Client has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a resignation by email to: [email protected] or by unsubscribing independently using the link provided in the newsletter footer.
3.7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the session date or cancel the session no later than 24 hours before the planned start date. However, the Organizer will exercise this right only in special situations such as illness, health problems, emergency family situation.
3.8. In the event of the Organizer canceling the session, the Client is informed about this fact. Information about canceling the session is sent to the email address provided in the registration.
3.9. In case of cancellation of the session by the Organizer, the Client is given the opportunity to reschedule the session for another date or receive a refund.
§ 4. Resignation from the session
4.1. The Client may resign from participating in the session. The Participant should then send a written resignation from participation to the email address: [email protected].
4.2. In the event of resigning from participating in the session more than 24 hours before the start time of the purchased session, the Client will receive a refund of the payment minus the transaction cost to the bank account provided in the order, or the possibility of transferring it to the next session date agreed between the Client and the Organizer.
4.3. The cancellation of the registration by the Client within less than 24 hours before the start time of the purchased session results in the loss of the payment made and the loss of the opportunity to transfer it to another date.
4.3.1. The time limit for using the session transferred to another date cannot be longer than 3 months from the date of registration.
4.4. Failure to attend the session and failure to provide prior information results in the loss of the payment made and the loss of the opportunity to transfer it to another date.
4.5. In the event of being late for the session, it will not be extended and will end according to the reservation time.
§ 5. Conditions of participation in stationary and online workshops
5.1. Information about workshops organized by the Organizer is provided to potential interested parties in the form of: an offer published on the website: https://nataliaromagrzyb.com, containing a description of the workshop, its location (the city where the workshop will take place), and the price
promotional and sales activities (newsletter, leaflet, poster, business card, Instagram sticker, Facebook, and other social media channels)
5.2. The basis for participation in the workshop is the purchase of an advance payment on the Organizer's website http://nataliaromagrzyb.com, which means acceptance of the provisions of this Regulation, as well as compliance with the rules of order and any other arrangements made between the Participant and the Organizer.
5.3. Workshop participants must be adults with full legal capacity.
5.4. The Organizer sends an email with confirmation and detailed information about the workshop (i.e., the exact location of the workshop - for stationary training) or, in the case of online workshops, a link to the internet platform where the workshop will take place) to all participants 5 business days before the workshop date.
5.5. The number of places is limited, and the order of applications and confirmation of payment of the advance payment determines the acceptance. The application is considered confirmed at the time of posting the payment to the Organizer's account.
5.6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop or change its date in the event of an insufficient number of participants or other significant circumstances.
5.7. During the stationary workshop, the Participant is obliged to comply with the internal regulations applicable in the respective facilities where the workshop takes place. In the case of online workshops, the Participant must agree to use the dedicated platform and have all the necessary technical requirements: a good internet connection, a laptop or tablet, a headset with a microphone.
5.8. The Participant receives confirmation of the advance payment in the form of an automatic email, which is sent to the email address provided by the Participant.
5.8.1. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly provided email addresses. In case of not receiving confirmation, please contact via email: [email protected].
5.9. The condition for participation in the workshop is the absence of contraindications to participation. Contraindications to participation in the activities:
psychotropic therapy
psychotic states
pregnancy, postpartum
current acute/subacute conditions (injuries, infections)
Relative contraindications:
hypersensitivity to strong stimuli e.g., shouting
breastfeeding
progressive chronic diseases
organism depletion
pharmacological therapies
psychotic episode
severe random event in the past year
epilepsy
glaucoma
Acceptance of this regulation confirms that the Participant has familiarized themselves with any contraindications.
5.10. Acceptance of the regulations and consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing the service also means signing up for the Organizer's newsletter.
5.10.1. The Participant has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a resignation by email to: [email protected] or by unsubscribing independently using the link provided in the newsletter footer.
§ 6. Workshop payment terms
6.1. The amount of the workshop fee is in accordance with the current offer posted on the website https://nataliaromagrzyb.com/#oferta at the time of registration for the workshop.
6.2. The workshop price does not include the costs of participants' travel, parking, accommodation, and meals, unless expressly stated in the offer.
6.3. Payment for the workshop must be made through the Organizer's website, using the payment methods provided by the Organizer.
6.4. Accounting documents - invoices are provided to participants by email, with the desire to receive an invoice and provide details during the registration process.
6.5. The Organizer provides a link to the online meeting and the location of the workshops in the case of stationary workshops, only to Participants for whom the payment has been made and recorded in the Organizer's bank account.
6.6. The Participant is obliged to make the second part of the payment after the workshop within 24 hours after receiving the email with the payment link.
§ 7. Cancellation or change of workshop date by the Organizer
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the workshop date or cancel the workshop no later than 3 calendar days before the planned start date. However, the Organizer will exercise this right only in special situations or if the minimum number of participants is not met.
7.2. In the event of canceling the workshop, the Organizer informs the Participant about this fact. Information about canceling the workshop is sent to the email address provided in the registration.
7.3. In case of canceling the workshop by the Organizer, the Client receives a refund of the entire amount paid to the bank account from which the payment was made.
§ 8. Resignation from the workshop
8.1. The Participant may resign from participating in the selected workshop. The Participant should then send a written resignation from participation to the email address: [email protected].
8.2. In the event of resigning from participating in the workshop more than 30 calendar days before the workshop, the Client will receive a refund of the advance payment minus the transaction cost to the provided bank account or has the option to transfer it to the next workshop date.
8.3. Cancellation of registration by the Client/Participant less than 30 calendar days before the workshop results in the loss of the advance payment and the loss of the possibility of transferring it to another date.
8.3.1. The time limit for using the advance payment transferred to another date cannot be longer than 6 months from the date of registration.
8.4. Failure to attend the workshop and failure to provide prior information results in the loss of the advance payment and the loss of the possibility of transferring it to another date.
§ 9. Personal data processing
9.1. Expressing consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes related to participation in the workshop is mandatory. According to the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922). The workshop organizer does not sell or lend collected personal data of participants to other individuals or institutions. Personal data provided by the Participant are treated as confidential information and serve only for the purpose of communication between the Participant and the Organizer.
9.2. Workshop participants have the right to access the content of their personal data, correct, update, restrict processing, and transfer it.
9.3. Personal data will be processed for the time necessary for settlement and tax purposes in accordance with applicable law.
9.4. In case of disputes, workshop participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9.5. The Organizer provides explanations regarding personal data-related issues.
§ 10. Final remarks
10.1. This regulation comes into force upon receipt of the registration email for the workshop.
10.2. The Organizer has the right to change the provisions of the regulations.
10.3. Changes come into effect upon publication on the Organizer's website.
10.4. Matters not regulated by this Regulation shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, and other mandatory provisions of Polish law.
10.5. Any disputes arising from participation in the workshops will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.

3.2. Your Activity on the Service, including your personal data, is recorded in system logs. Information collected in logs is processed primarily for purposes related to the provision of services. We also process it for technical, administrative purposes, to ensure the security of the IT system and manage this system, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes – in this respect, the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3.3. Using paid services on the service
3.3.1 If you place an order (purchase of goods or services) on the Service, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:
3.3.1.1. to fulfill the placed order – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); regarding optionally provided data, the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
3.3.1.2. to fulfill statutory obligations incumbent on us, arising in particular from tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);

3.4. Marketing
3.4.1. We process your personal data to carry out marketing activities, which may include:
3.4.1.1. displaying marketing content that is not tailored to your preferences (contextual advertising);
displaying marketing content corresponding to your interests (behavioral advertising);
3.4.1.2. sending email notifications about interesting offers or content, which in some cases contain commercial information (newsletter service);
3.4.1.3. conducting other types of direct marketing activities for goods and services (sending commercial information electronically and telemarketing actions).
3.4.2. In order to carry out marketing activities, we use profiling in some cases (if you consent to it). This means that through automatic data processing, we assess selected factors concerning natural persons to analyze their behavior or create forecasts for the future.
3.5. Newsletter
3.5.1. We provide a newsletter service based on the rules specified in the regulations, only if. You provide us with your email address for this purpose. Providing data is necessary to provide the newsletter service, and failure to do so will result in the inability to send it.
3.5.2. Personal data collected for the newsletter service are processed:
3.5.2.1. to provide the newsletter sending service – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
3.5.2.2. in the case of sending you marketing content within the newsletter – the legal basis for processing, including profiling, is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in connection with the expressed consent to receive the newsletter;
3.5.2.3. for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting of conducting analyses of your activity on the Service to improve the functionalities used;
3.5.2.4. for possible establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against them – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3.6. Direct marketing
Your personal data may also be used by us to send marketing content to you through various channels, such as email, MMS/SMS, or telephone. We undertake such actions only if you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

This data is processed solely in connection with managing the profile, including informing you about our activities and promoting various events, services, and products.
